Each staff member is personally trained by the owner himself, Alan—aka El Compa Cali—ensuring quality service no matter which team is serving your event. Our team arrives in uniform with name badges and is knowledgeable about every food item we serve. They’re welcoming, attentive, and ready to answer questions—you’ll receive service with a smile.
We arrive approximately two hours before your scheduled serve time to cook, set up, and be ready to serve right on time. We come fully equipped and don’t require anything from our clients—not even trash cans. We decorate our tables beautifully, creating a presentation that always leaves guests in awe.
Everything is made from scratch. Our salsas range in heat from mild to spicy, with our famous hot orange salsa being the spiciest. We cook all food on-site to ensure maximum freshness. Meats are seasoned to perfection and cooked just right. Our street tacos are served on a four-ingredient yellow corn tortilla that will drive your tastebuds wild.
And let’s not even get started on the quesabirrias—crispy, crunchy, cheesy corn tortillas filled with our famous beef birria (braised beef), slow-cooked for six hours in a special blend of spices. We separate the broth from the meat and serve it in small cups—this is our heartwarming consommé, perfect for dipping or sipping. The quesabirrias are our signature item and always the party favorite.
